Bad product, Great customer service
By Shawn Vickers
Update 3 (final): Excellent customer service experience. They responded politely and very quickly when sending replacement product, and when the replacements failed, my refund was processed VERY quickly and without hassle. I would NOT recommend this item, however. They get flat spots after sitting under HALF their rated weight. I increased the star rating to 2 stars simply because of the customer service.
Update 2: Without any bother to me, the company promptly sent a complete package of 4 new casters to replace the ones I had installed. It was very time consuming to replace the casters now that they had 400 lbs of machine on them, but I did it. I was hopeful, but it only took 24 hours for the new ones to develop flat spots. It is difficult to roll, and when it does, it clunks and shakes the machine hard when each caster hits a flat spot. Polyurethane wheels are not supposed to get flat spots from sitting for long periods of time, much less after only 24 hours. SO FAR, the customer service has been GOOD from this company, but this particular product does not even come close to standing up to even half their weight rating. I will request a full refund, and plan to purchase a better quality caster.
Update 1: customer service has been very responsive via email so far. I'm told replacements are on the way.
Original review: At first glance, these appeared to be ok, but as soon as I installed four of them under a 400 lb vintage machine, I discovered that 3 of the 4 had flat spots, making the heavy machine clunk hard every time a flat spot rolls around. I've corresponded with customer service via email. With poor English, they wrote that they will exchange if necessary, but we'll see how that goes. It's a huge inconvenience and hassle to change casters now that the machine is assembled on them. Plus, I don't have confidence that the new ones will be free of defects... assuming I actually receive them. I would not recommend these based on my experience.

High hopes, but flat spots make them unusable.
I had high hopes for these as the other reviews were good. I put them on the bottom of my miter saw stand and jointer stand. After the saw sat for about two days, all the wheels had flat spots on them. The brakes work great, wheels rolled well, but they simply flat spotted. I'm very disappointed.

Attached these to the legs of a small work bench ...
By Bill M.
Attached these to the legs of a small work bench. There are time that it would be helpful to move my work somewhere other than the big stationary bench at the back of the garage.
I made a smaller workbench (4' x 4' top made of 5/8" plywood). Instead of hauling out the sawhorses for a make shift bench, this one is at the ready.
Wheels are large enough that I can wheel it around smoothly.
