Picture directions make it easy to put up. Great quality shed will last a LIFETIME
I built a platform with 2x4's and reinforced it inside so that it would last and not sag. ( took a few hours) The shed comes with flooring but it's nice to make sure it's sturdy. You don't want to find out it's sagging after you put the shed up.
Open all boxes and bags supplied and have them ready to go. Directions have only pictures and are easy to follow if you take your time. It took me 2.5 hrs ( even with the nosey neighbor coming over to chat) and basically did it myself. Just had 1 person there to help with some pressure while screwing in some screws for the roofing but that was only a few times. It helped though. Make sure your platform is LEVEL. Don't be surprised when you have extra screws. or washers They give extras. They also supply the shims to make sure the doors close well. Anchored the shed to the base with four 2.5 in screws.
The walls are sturdy and the roof with the clear center makes a huge difference in how roomy it seems. Plenty of light coming in with the doors closed. Corner shelves are easy to install and fit buckets, bottles. You might want to get more shelving or hooks to keep things off the floor. It will make reaching for your items so much easier. The barrel bolt on the doors is great! Good quality. Trimmed out shed is very nice. The color is a brownish grey. Classy and well designed and fits in with it's surroundings nicely.
All in all, very easy to put together and it looks fabulous. We expect to have ours and never need another one as long as we're at this home.

Perfect for smaller yards
This shed, with careful space planning, is perfect for all of my outdoor tools and equipment. I added my own frame of 2x4's to the interior perimeter to mount hooks for tools. The 2x4 frame rests on the floor, not screwed to the shed walls, so no worries about expansion of the vinyl or excessive load on the walls. (See two Customer Images that I uploaded)
I did not want a larger shed that protruded into my back yard and am very happy with the proportion of this shed to my yard. Since there is no need to walk in the shed like a larger shed would require, all of the floor space is efficiently used.
Also the construction quality and directions are top notch. They even included a good cut and materials diagram for the treated lumber and plywood floor, which is what I built. I would buy Lifetime products again.

Excellent Quality Storage Shed
I was very impressed with the the quality of this storage shed, plus the fact that it was made in the U.S.A. made it worth compared to the cost of other competitors. Be sure you set aside plenty of time to construct the shed (4-6 hrs depending on how many beers you want to drink) It is not something you want to do in a hurry. Trust me, the more you rush the longer it will take. I had to construct a comparable "Rubbermaid" manufactured shed at work recently and this "Lifetime" brand shed was by far better in quality. In my opinion this is a good example of you get what you pay for. It may cost a little more than a comparable Rubbermaid product but I would not think twice about buying another Lifetime product.
