Definitely worth the money
By James Camp
I have been having overpronation problems for quite a while. My Dr. suggested I try insoles before I made the leap to medical treatment. I first tried Dr. Scholls 3/4 inserts.. You know the ones you find in the pharmacy when you stand on the machine and it tells you what to buy. These worked, but I really did not want to spend $50 for insoles for each pair of shoes unless I really had to.
I read several reviews on the Sof Sole and decided to try.Yes when you first put them in your shoes it feels like a golf ball, but with in hours I was finding that my knees were feeling better. Much better. Now I can take my daily walk without pain in my knees and I don't even notice the "golf ball" in the shoe.. Recently when I went without the insole I found that my feet and knees hurt. So they must be working!!! In the process of ordering 3 more pairs

These insoles are perfect for those of us who have unusually high arches. They transformed a pair of flat arched shoes that made my feet sore into my favorite pair of shoes overnight :)
