Easy to use, with quick response controls, extreme durability and plenty power, Delta's 3 HP Heavy Duty Shaper can field any shaping project you throw at it. The Delta X5 features a 3 HP, single-phase 230V, TEFC motor with full voltage motor starter (GPE). A heavy duty, 2-speed motor provides ample power to perform all shaping operations. A unitized drive mechanism, a rugged spindle assembly, and a large table team up for durability and ease of use. Forward and reverse options at 7,000 and 10,000 RPM mean more versatility and high-speed shaping. The shaper also features quick response controls, a motor pulley, a Poly V-Belt drive, two 10-inch cast-iron extension wings, a micro-adjustable fence and a guard assembly. Your purchase is covered by a 5-year warranty and includes a 3/4-inch spindle, table inserts, a starting pin, a 2-speed spindle pulley, wrenches and an instruction manual.
