The six cutters offer the ability to shape components for either raised panel or glass panel doors depending upon the arrangement of the cutters. The computer-aided design assures the best performance from each cutter while the computer-controlled machining of the cutting profiles delivers precision cutting with a minimal tolerance in variations between glade edges. The high-quality carbide provides long lasting sharpness and durability. During the manufacturing process, optical comparators are used to guarantee geometric precision of the cutters. A 15-degree shear angle provides optimal cutting both with and across the grain. Use with 42-123 rub bearing (sold separately). Your purchase includes 1/2-inch T-bushings and the following carbide-tipped cutters: 42-060, 42-062, 42-106, 42-107, 42-108, and 42-109.
