Good, but needs a workaround
This switch is sturdy and better made than I expected. But it has one (almost) fatal flaw. It has push-in terminals instead screw terminals. All lamp cord here in the US is stranded, and it is almost impossible to push stranded wire into the terminals unless you tin them with solder. Household switches and plugs in the US commonly have BOTH push-in and screw terminals because the house wiring is solid strand Romax. Push-in connectors are faster to install, but many people feel screw terminals provide a better and longer lasting connection. This KINGSO switch is push-in only, as shown on the left side of the attached picture. I can't imagine why the manufacturer would market this lamp switch in a place where stranded lamp cord is universal. And I can't imagine where in the world solid wire is used for lamps!
Be that as it may, I worked around the problem by using the screw terminal switch from an old lamp and throwing away the KINGSO switch. The old screw terminal switch fit perfectly into the nice KINGSO housing. (The old lamp switch housing can be seen on the right hand side of the attached picture). What a lot of workaround this was. Maybe it would have been easier to just tin the wires, I don't know. Anyway, it's done. I hope the manufacturer gets the message. When you spend a few dollars for a simple part, you don't really expect to spend a few hours figuring out how to make it work. (Steve Jobs had a great influence on quality design, but I'm afraid it didn't make it all the way to China)

Quality Switch - not a dimmer - one time installation
By S. Gary Cotterill
It is a quality SWITCH, Looks good. BUT it has a one time use connection (you insert the wires into the socket rather than using screws to tighten onto the wires like other sockets). When I saw this i returned it.
