Great way to decorate the yard during the holidays! No extension cords, no extra high electric bill!
By Review This!
Hey All! James here with Review This! I have had the pleasure of testing these solar lights, and am pleased to let you know about my experience with them. I am really loving solar lights, and have become more and more attached to solar products recently. I am loving the fact that I can place these anywhere there is sunlight, and I do not need to run extension cords, and extension cord protectors to be able to decorate my house outside.
Being so long, you can easily put on a larger tree, or go along the gutters of your house. I think I may drape them around my deck rails for a little accent lighting this summer, then move them to the front yard around a tree to the holidays.
Solar string lights are really a great option since you don't have to pay for the electricity to run them. All the energy you need to power these lights comes from the sun and are completely self powered. These lights have a good 3.5" square solar panel that works well to charge in the included battery within.
The lights do come on as soon as it is dark enough, and do last all night long. Mine go off at dawn when it gets bright enough out.
These are one color, a soft white, and the LEDs are short with flat ends, allowing them to kind of project the light out which makes them very noticeable.
You can set the lights to be either a steady glow, flashing, twinkle, half on half off at a time, and a couple other modes. You can change it up with the push of a button of the back of the solar panel. That way if you get tired of one setting, you can change it to another.
There is 2m (a little over 6') between the solar panel and the first light. This gives you ample range to place the solar panel in a bright sunny area where it will receive at least 6 hours of light a day. I find this extra long cord is a plus with these lights. This is not my first string of solar lights, and some have only about 18" between the solar panel and the first light. Having this extra long cord is really good to have. With this extra wire, you could actually place these lights in the house and have the extra wire to place the solar panel in a bright sunlit window. You do need to have at least six hours of sunlight, and the more light the better. It also allows you to put these up on higher surfaces or trees and still be able to stake it to the ground.
The stake to place the solar panel into the ground is plastic. Do place it into the ground as advised by the company and don't try to hammer it in. Place it in soft dirt. This stake is about the same quality that you will find with all solar string lights.
Everything is great with these lights, and I have no complaints at all about them. If you are looking for some good multi-color solar lights, I highly recommend these.

Solar Light Addiction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By Ciao Bella
I'm a huge fan of solar lights. I first started using them last year in my
flower bed and have been addicted ever since. One of my favorite things about
solar lights is not having to pay extra on my power bill lol.
I recently just renovated our back yard and added a swimming pool, 3 tables with umbrella's,
and a fire pit. My backyard is my personal paradise and I love it being lit up beautifully at
night. I have an above ground metal frame swimming pool and am setting up these lights wrapped
around the legs of my pool. I also have Solar Spot lights that changes colors pointed at my pool
and other solar lights so these string lights was a nice added touch.
These are a great length at 72 feet so you can cover a nice sized area and there is 200 LED lights
total. They are a beautiful Warm White and they have a nice sized solar panel with a garden stake.
Make sure to place it where it gets direct sunlight daily.
Overall, I'm loving these solar string lights and would recommend.
Sample received for testing purposes.

Love the 8 modes, 6 hours of sunlight yields 7 hours of run-time for me
This set of lights has a nice long length and 8 different patterns ranging from steady on to harsh flashing to soft twinkles. There are two buttons on the back of the solar panel: on/off and mode. With "full-time on" mode, after getting 6 hours of light the lights stay on bright for about 3 hours and then gradually dim over the next 4 hours or so. I like being able to set the mood with these lights, preferring one of the soft twinkle modes (which I can get a little longer life out of then "steady on" mode). However, I do wish I was able to squeeze a little bit longer life out of them with my 6 hours of sunlight exposure. Still, a good buy for lights with 8 different modes.
(The lights in my photos look whiter than they are in person. In person, they are more soft white like the product photos.)
