Great light output, not so great build quality.
I purchased this 16" light as well as the 12" version to use in my basement replacing some ceiling fans that weren't being used. The reason I chose these lights were for their low profile and high lumen output relative to their size. I've retrofitted nearly every bulb in my house with LED, and this time decided to give an integrated LED fixture a try. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. The light output and color temperature is perfect. As an engineer with experience in manufacturing, my only complaint would be the overall build quality of the fixture. Up close it appears very cheap. A comparable non-LED fixture of this quality would be lucky to be sold for $15-20. The metal parts are thin stamped metal which appear to have been manually scuffed on a buffing wheel to give them the brushed look. As a result the finish is fairly inconsistent. The globe itself is plastic, and cheap plastic at that. All that said, with fixture installed, the quality issues aren't noticeable from a distance. They look like modern fixtures of decent quality with a standard brushed finish. I'm giving it 3 stars mostly because while the light output is great, the build quality relative to the price is not.

Easy to Install & Looks Great!
This light is perfect for the room I got it for. It's very large and works great for fixtures you are replacing that had a larger base or have a larger hole in your ceiling. This is 16" in diameter and puts off a good amount of light even though it only uses a 23 Watt bulb. I personally am not up to par on what the lumens mean with light so I wasn't sure where or how that would play a role in the amount of light this puts off. But I can say if the 1610 lumens has something to do with it, it's great and bright!
The fixture is plastic and not glass but don't let that scare you away from this one. It's a really nice quality and goes nicely with any decor because even though it's plain, it's elegant looking at the same time. It was easy for my husband to install and literally only took a matter of like 15 minutes because we already had the existing wiring from where the other light fixture was that we replaced. We looked at other lights but the bases were never big enough on the ones we liked to cover the hole and we didn't want to have to deal with replacing any of the ceiling.
There are 3 threaded " caps" (not sure what to call them) that hold the cover on. They are easy to remove to be able to clean the light if needed. Overall, we are very happy with this fixture and I would recommend to other without hesitation.

Makes me want to replace all my ceiling lights with LED fixtures.
Wow! 1600 lumens (equal to 2 of the old 100 Watt incandescent bulbs) using only 23 Watts. Install in less than 15 minutes - mounts to your ceiling junction box and 3 wire hook up. Love the integrated LEDs which means no light bulb and evenly distributed light (with 50K hour life!). If you are familiar with Envirolite brand, it is almost identical in specs to the round 16" Envirolite which I have in my kitchen. Differences are Light Blue is an orange, warm light and the Envirolite is a white light. Also the metal rings on the Light blue are wider. Both are great and only use 23 Watts. With both lights, you wouldn't know the source was LED, bright and penetrates pretty far. Quite happy so far, I'll be happier still if it lasts as advertised.
