The Delta Industrial 28-348 14" metal-cutting, wood-cutting band saw has the capacity to cut stock up to 6 1/4" thick. It features a full 16" x 16" cast-iron table tilts 45 degrees right and 9 degrees left for beveling operations and 4" integral dust port for woodcutting operations. The quick-stop table presets include a table turret stop system and the side take-out slot for blade permits use of solid front trunnion (not split for blade removal) located directly under work load. Rip fence guide rails need not be removed when changing blades. Lower blade guides have safe, accurate, micrometer adjustment. Lower guides angled to support blade to within 3/4" of table work surface, assuring an accurate cut. Other features include:
