Powered by a 120-volt, 60 Hz induction motor, the K520M offers adjustable pressure, with a maximum output of 1,600 psi at a rate of 1.8 gallons per minute. While this might not be enough for some commercial applications, such as stripping the paint from an entire house, it more than suffices for everyday, at-home chores. As the world's leading manufacturer of high-pressure washers, Karcher has put a lot of care into this unit's design. At 31 pounds, the K520M is lightweight. It's also easy to use. Power to the washer is controlled by a trigger gun. Just releasing the trigger shuts it down.
