Trivially easy setup, and the "All" button on the remote ...
By Joshua Rosenthal
Works as advertised. Trivially easy setup, and the "All" button on the remote is a nice touch I haven't seen on similar products. This is also the only Radio controlled socket that I've found that works on RF 433 MHz with separate on/off controls, which makes it really easy to reliably connect to my raspberry pi controlled lights system as per http://timleland.com/wireless-power-outlets/. For those who care, the product arrived in a nondescript cardboard box, with no product pictures, marketing etc, and a single one page instruction/product sheet.

Shortest Wireless Socket On the Market
By Joel Crouch
I've looked high and low for this niche product. For me, the height was so critical. I've bought a few others that would not fit in my bedside lamp with a CFL bulb. This was pretty much the only solution I could find. The button on the side for manual operation is a practical feature.

Just what I was looking for.
Easy to set up. I've used it for about a month and it works well so far. The only bad thing about it so far is the sockets give off a smell when they are first powered on but that goes away after a few uses. This is to be expected when new electronics are first powered up. I have used 2 sockets for sconce lights with LED bulbs. The 3rd socket I used in a light near a bathroom and since the remote turns the light on from a distance, I turn on the light if I have to use it during the night. I like that the lights can be turned on and off individually and all at once with the buttons on the remote. I may, in the future, order a couple more of the sockets if I can decide where else they would be useful.
