Okay, but ill fitting, not the best design
By Russ White
I've purchased a number of different screwless switch plates in the last six months, since I'm replacing the ones in my house. I generally find they are hit or miss in design, but the Leviton design is definitely a miss. The way the design works, the switches end up sitting "behind" the face place a little, which looks really strange. Further, they are a real pain to get on the switches. They require unscrewing the switches, and attempting to "slide" the back plate onto the screws. If this doesn't wind up breaking the little tabs the screws grab on to, it generally turns out okay, but, more often than not, you wind up removing the screws from the switches entirely to get the backplate on, and at least a couple of the little tabs end up breaking.
I much prefer the Aspire two piece design for these plates which uses the normal screw holes in the switches to hold the backplate, although I've found there are several designs, some of which are the same as the Leviton design.

Not that hard to install ...
By Lex Jansen
Based on some negative reviews, I almost did not buy this. I'm glad I bought it though. With a little patience it was easy to install. It looks nice and tight. My wife loves it :-)

Flimsy Design Consider the Lutron 3-gang
By T. Harty
The plastic looks and feels flimsy. For around the same prince you can get the Lutron SC-3-SW Claro Three-gang Wallplate Snow which is easier to install, much sturdier and looks much nicer.
