OK, this "assortment" might fix your leak

My kit had 3 screws and 5 each of:
1/4S (or 0) O.D. 16/32
1/4M (or 00) O.D. 17/32
1/4L O.D. 19/32
3/8L O.D. 22/32

Two of the 1/4L washers appear blemished (or damaged) sufficiently that I would not bother installing. Others appear scratched-up, but serviceable. They failed to include 1/4R (O.D. 19/32) and 3/8R and 3/8M (O.D. 20/32 and 21/32 respectively). I've no idea if all assortments are the identical. I wouldn't be surprised if they created these assortments from floor scraps.

Lasco Washer Assortment

If you are into do-it-yourself projects and have a couple of leaky faucets around, then this is the kit for you. Fixed one of my faucets and went to my mom's house and fixed one of hers. There is a great assortment of flat washers in this package plus a few replacement screws. Very handy.
