This cordless combo kit from Makita includes the LS711 7-1/2-inch slide compound miter saw, which features a high performance Makita motor. It has a dual rail system with linear ball bearings, making for a smooth and accurate performance. And, it cuts 200 pieces of 4-inch crown moldings on a single charge, bevel cuts up to 45 degrees to the left, and miter cuts 0-47 degrees left and 0-57 degrees right. There are nine positive stop settings: 15, 22.5, 30, 45 right or left and 90 degrees. This combo kit also includes the model 8443 1/2-inch cordless hammer driver/drill kit, which has a powerful 18-volt (2.6Ah) battery with 3 mode settings for hammer drilling, driving, and drilling. It features an ergonomic rubber grip, has an industrial metal gear housing with externally accessible brushes, 16 torque settings, and a single sleeve 1/2-inch keyless chuck with shaft lock for fast and easy one handed bit installation and removal.
