IRWIN Strait-Line Box Beam levels are accurate to 0.0029 or 0.0005 in./in.. Should you ever need to adjust the vials a simple turn of a hex key or philips screwdriver quickly calibrates the vials. A magnifying lens and luminous backing strip let you read vials in low light conditions. The patented vial mounting system protects the vials from extreme weather conditions. While competitor's levels shift in 50-degree temperature changes. IRWIN Strait-Line Box Beam Levels remain accurate, even from -30 to 250 degrees F. Another feature is the plumb view window which lets you work fast by reading from more than one angel. No more awkward viewing against a wall to take a vertical reading. Never lean or drop you level again, a patented key insert system allows for use of attachments such as a rafterhook to safely hang your level from rafters, scaffolding, and ladders. Work hands free with woodtacs that attach your level to a door jam or timber from wall. Also lets level double as a rip fence or router guide.
