The YardMachines 250 also comes loaded with thoughtful, user-friendly features. An auger/clutch control system keeps the engine running after the bail is released, eliminating the need to restart time and again. Yardmachines 4.5HP single stage snowthrower features a dependable 2-cycle carb approved engine with a cast-iron cylinder sleeve and needle bearings for long life and easy cold-weather starts. This snowthrower has a 21" clearing width and 11" intake height. The rugged polymer chute with wide 5" opening adjusts quickly & resists clogging, rusting or freezing. The EZ chute rotation allows for quick and precise snow throwing directional control; with 180 degree chute rotation. The drive system is manual with a self-pulling auger assist that helps propel the snowthrower and provides positive traction to reduce operator effort, leaving a clean path. The auger/clutch control system keeps the engine running when the bail is released and eliminates frustrating restarts. Other features include a reversible/replaceable scraper blade. This doubles the life of the scraper blade. The folding handles save you space when storing in the off season. This unit has a 2-quart fuel capacity and comes fully assembled with oil included in the carton.
